Price and location
Needs a lot of updating on furniture and overall update on rooms. There was a strange smell in the room that I think was meant to be an air freshener or deodorizer but it was not pleasant and my clothes smelled like it the next day.

Comfortable bed and clean room.
The smell of the cleaning fluid when we arrived was too strong and 'off putting'. I kept leaving the door open to dissipate the smell. Even my suitcase smelled of the cleaning fluid in my car on the way home. This is not good! I do not go to any Motel 6 rooms because of the smell of their cleaning fluids. Please change this.

I have been here more than once… always clean and the beds are very comfortable! I come down to see family and go to the beach! Great price for an overnite stay!

It was cheaper than staying in Ocean City but expensive for what it was.
The floors were filthy. No ironing board. Missing light bulbs. The air conditioning barely kept the room cool.
