The manager was very kind, understanding, friendly and very helpful! I truly appreciate her! Because of my experience with her I would book again in the future!

Clean room. Nice view and very comfortable bed. Slept like a baby.
Certain things in the room were already broken and breakfast wasn’t as advertised… was looking forward to some pastries and orange juice but neither was available. (As per pictures) and more options on cereal (for children) the gym also wasn’t working to fully with calculations.

The rooms themselves were very comfortable. Parking was free and almost always easily available.
The lack of education when it comes to ADA and how dismissive the lady was. I was told there had been complaints and was then told “well he’s still a dog” when trying to explain that he’s a medical service dog and I need him with me.
