The property is very run down, holes on walls, has a super strong smoke smell that's gave me a headache and we had to leave. Very inconvenient as we where there for a graduation and we had to change our itinerary and throw off our whole trip

bad unclean needs remodeling

personnel unprofessional rude and no customer service!! unconditional accommodation price good for sleep wash leave not to un-whine stay chill. needs remodeling to be done professionally not crappy patch work and unclean and wash linen sanitized and wipe all surfaces!!!!

Will never stay here again..

The place is gross. A swarm of flies in the area for breakfast. or what little there was for their so called breakfast. They came and sprayed with insect killer that made everything stink of poison. Rooms are gross. One of the maids asked me for pain killers. Mattress was stained horribly. I stripped my bed to make sure linens were washed for the next victim. Location next to a porn store. Couldn't go for a walk because of possible twisto's lurking in the area.

Tub was stained and rusted. The hall ceiling above my door was exposed. The floor in the room above my room squeaked so loud as patrons walked around in their room. Mold in my bathroom. Horribly stained mattress. Broken desk. Fridge that didn't work. Desk chair that was peeling. Hair on my towels. No toilet paper. No back cover on the remote tape to keep the batteries in. No smoke alarm.weird stains on the bedding. There's way more. I got pictures to prove it.

The price for the room appearance.

The door didn't have a security lock and the bedspread had cigarettes holes. And the ice machine was not working.

Hopefully never going back again.

I didn’t really like anything about it. The hotel corridors stink of cigarettes. And the city has nothing to offer besides being relatively close to Shiprock (my only purpose of going there)

The staff doesn’t even say hello or look at you as you come in for checking in. The corridors stink. Other hotel guests are loud and weird.

We should have asked for our money back when we couldn’t open the door to the room. Each time we needed help as that and almost everything else was broken.

everything other than value. Site was nasty. Site was unsafe. The fact that my entry door had to be worked on by me wasn’t a good thing. They didn’t even take the time to adjust a door lock. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this a zero or negative

gross, dirty, yuck…

it was on our way

it smelled bad, it was dirty, the beds were lumpy, sheets were dirty and we found a bug, comforters were dirty, there was blood on the wall, a puddle on the floor, the fridge and microwave didn’t work. i wanted to leave within 2 minutes but couldn’t receive a refund from booking.

Staff was very friendly and nice.

We had a nonsmoking room, but smoking was allowed in the hallways. So, we could always smell smoke.

very negative I slept in my truck in parking lot

I liked nothing about this place and until I get a full refund will never use Booking. com again

this place was the worst I have ever seen. mold on shower ceiling burnt phone holes in sheets and bed covering dirty hallway carpet broken window just very filthy. I really want a refund. I only kept room because my worker didn’t mind and wanted rest. I was never there after seeing this. not fit at all. no smoke detector. I did take pictures of all this

Photos speak a 1000 words, it was awful and if I wasn’t so tired from driving 15 hours I would have left. vulgar writing, rusted luggage rack, broken fire alarm, and had what appeared to be knife holes in the wall, oh and fingerprints on the headboard!!
