Accommodation, cleanliness, facilities and staffs all are excellent. Carpets are little bit old but very clean. I will be in the same hotel if I go Buffalo again.

The staff is always nice at the front desk.
The carpet is dirty in some of the rooms, it appears the cleaner rooms are on the 2nd floor. Also, they will keep calling you multiple times and knocking on your door before it even hits 11am to check out. So don’t expect to get a good rest before check out.
