Staff was awesome, place was clean and way better than what I paid for. No smell of weed etc that you expect from temporary lodgings.
A guy (customer) brought a vicious breed of dog and was offended when seeing it in my face caught me off guard making me step back. I am not one to back down, so exchanged words. Sole bad experience during 5 days of stay on the site.

I like the staff really friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient. They offered a shuttle service for the night to and from the conference that was also really good!
The price was way to high for one night.

Close to Six Flags Darien Lake Amusement Park.
The room smelled like old musty and mold-like. My husband couldn't stay in the room and actually slept in our car instead. The bathroom door didn't lock. The towels weren't white as they should be meaning it was worn and could see that the white has turned ivory/creamed colour.
