Personell were friendly, hotel was impecable, my grandson enjoyed the heated pool. Complementary breakfast was nicely done. Hotel was minutes away from the center of town.

The location was conveniently located within all the shop and restaurants
Customer service, housekeeping horrendous. The bathroom smelled like sewer/stinky. When I mentioned to staff, housekeeping came and agreed that something noxious was stinking up the bathroom. I was then given a febreze spray that just masked the scent.
Second night my daughter was cold checked the closet for extra blankets. Nothing. I go to the front desk ask for extra blanket. Im told did you check the closet and state yes. He says we dont have extra you have to wait until 7 am when housekeeping comes. Mind you its 1 am. By 7 am its breakfast time and daughter is up. No longer needed.
Breakfast, disgusting and tasteless and cold. I dumped most of it out. Had to get breakfast at local diner. The whole time I was getting food being watched like it some culinary masterpiece.
Last thing that broke the camel back. The morning of departure. A little girl nearly drowned while me and my daughter were at the pool. Mom started screaming and I started screaming for help. No lifeguard around but enough staff watching the spectacle. No one comes to assist. Maternal instincts kick in and me and the child mom pull her out of the pool, on hands and knees before she sinks completely under water.
Will never ever stay at this establishment.
