I appreciate that the hotel was very quiet with a vintage feel. It was very close to SUNY Polytechnic Institute and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The warm cookies are great and it is close to the shopping center.
The bathroom had hair all over when we arrived. Also, this hotel is pretty pricey. Breakfast should have been free.

It was clean and staff were somewhat helpful
The fact that I paid for breakfast but they had no restaurant(was being renovated) and I didn’t get a refund for that!

Great location and parking on premises. The hotel had character. It is a historical hotel that is beautiful on the inside.
Plenty of common spaces in lobby to gather with guests. Food and drinks at restaurant were very good.
No complimentary breakfast. Restaurant was not open for breakfast during our stay.

I liked how big the room was
It was dirty. Stains all over the walls. Someone else’s dirty close were behind the couch from the prior people who stayed there.
