my room smelled like smoke and cologne. housekeeping knew about it the next morning when I complained

The receptionists were very nice and our room was clean.
When first walking in it kind of smelled like pee but our room didn't. Our kids tried to go swimming but there was a very large and very rude family screaming, cussing, and being overly obnoxious so they didn't get to swim.

Price
It was gross- holes in walls and ceiling. Floors were gross. Staff at check in was not friendly. Just handed keys. Not a explanation of WiFi, breakfast, check out
