The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Although the hotel is older, it was clean and our room was clean and comfortable.
The information on Booking.com was misleading. It should clearly state that there are stairs and no elevator. The room description also did not clearly state the bed type or that the bathroom had a shower only and no bathtub. The staff was able to move us to a queen room with a bathtub, but we had to pay more per night. The bathtub was also very slippery and had no non-slip grips, so we purchased a bathtub mat for safety.

Friendly staff. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, etc for breakfast.

Bed comfortable. Location easy to find off of route 30. Full breakfast.
Grounds are nice. TV, refrigerator nice. Multi-plug at bedside handy for CPAP use.
Multi-adjustable room AC, fan, heat unit nice.
Room/hotel access cards are a nuisance. Multiple taps and tries to get into hotel from parking and into room.
No exhaust fan (or not working?) in bathroom in room.
Need more hooks and/or bars in bath and/or elsewhere to hang towels/washcloths to dry when housekeeping is no longer done daily.
Flat yellow eggs were unappetizing at breakfast.
Price is too high.
Pool is too small for adult swimming laps.
No elevator to second floor for hauling some heavy luggage (older adults).
