Came to Cleveland to buy kosher food.

The bed was too high. My husband had to help me get into the bed.

Wasn't quite worth the savings

The place was clean enough. I liked that breakfast was included in our stay.

I woke up at 3 AM because one of our neighbors repeatedly opened and slammed the door. Maybe 10-15 times. And the person in the suite next door was talking with someone for an hour. I could hear them very clearly. I could even hear them open a few beverage cans, that's how thin the walls are. So my sleep was interrupted. My husband also didn't sleep well because the bed wasn't very comfortable. The breakfast area was very cramped and crowded and the TV was playing a show that was inappropriate for children (We were traveling with a 9 and 3 year old). I picked this hotel because it was slightly more affordable than other hotels in the area, and the location was close enough to where we needed to be for our vacation. But in the end, I wished I would have spent a little more money for a place that would give me more privacy and space.

Very good

The stay here was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although a little outdated. The breakfast area was immaculate, and everything was restocked as things emptied. The location was great because you seemed to be 20 minutes from everything. I would stay here again, the prices are good for the rooms you get.

I really wish hotels would get rid of carpeting because it always looks old and dirty. Also the large chair in the room was old and beat up . The only other thing is that the "smoking area" is directly in front of the main entrance. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get inside.

Nothing extraordinary for the price. But not dirty or noisy.

it was a quiet night so the room and lobby were quiet

breakfast was unfortunately after I left at 530am to work. Coffee and muffins out prior to the hot items would have been nice. It's too bad that the traffic around this hotel makes it insane to enter or leave.

A good deal for travelers.

The breakfast was good. I was expecting a continental light breakfast, but it included boiled eggs, sausage, omelette, waffles, juices, toast, cereal, and more. Coffee was excellent. I had a full fairly good breakfast to start out my day, all included in the room rate. 😊 Although it was not “made to order” hence not as hot as one, I was quite satisfied. The room was as described. The entire place was very clean.

Traci did an amazing job of preparing breakfast every single day I was there for over 2 weeks!

It is very convenient to everything I needed.

It could use better soundproofing.

Relaxing stay at Comfort Inn

Friendly staff. They went out of their way to provide a very early check in. In addition, the breakfast was wonderful with staff member cooking in small batches to ensure food was fresh.

This property is in the midst of renovation.

We will not be returning here in the future

Staff was nice. However it was obvious that they were understaffed. The location fit our needs.

We have stayed here 3 times before and never had any complaints. This time the breakfast was not very good.The chair in our room was stained with what appeared to be feces on the seat.The carpet had stains on it.The shower curtain was ripped in a few places.There was no housekeeping so we had dirty towels and trash stacked up in our room.We had to find our own clean towels.
