The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the a/c was quiet. All important things I look for in a hotel.
The sink faucet was strangely loud as was the next door room's sink. It was loud enough to wake you if your neighbor decided to use the sink in the middle of the night! Also, the in room refrigerator made a low but noticeable noise. I was tempted to unplug it. Earplugs helped.

The room had some space in it and the television channels were not too bad either. The front desk guy was super nice we accidentally spilt dog food in the lobby and he cleaned up super fast.
The television could’ve been louder like had to turn it up to 35 to hear what the actors/ actresses had to say , more bathroom space like the toilet was too close to the door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great to get to things. It was clean and comfortable. Had nice workout room.
The place is poorly maintained. Water spots on the ceiling, multiple patches on the wall, broken towel hanger, rust on the refrigerator shelves. The pool was closed, had green standing water and it look as though it had not been used in forever. Trash floating at the top of it. The Continental breakfast left much to be desired. Couple bagels, honey buns and bread for toast were offered. Some yogurt and cereal. That is it. Not worth getting up early and out of bed for.
