The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The drapes did not close properly.

It was roomy, comfortable, and affordable. And a cat named Felix lives on site, which gives them bonus points.
The party in the parking lot when we arrived. And the staircase next to our room that sounded like elephants marching every time somebody climbed it. But it got quiet after about 10:00, so it was all good in the end.

The place was pretty bare bones, no breakfast, pool, or exercise room.
We had noisy neighbors until after midnight.
