Comfort Suites Scranton near Montage Mountain

Room waa well laid out, we had plemty of room for the whole family I truly appreciate a hotel that offers multiple bedrooms within one room. Breakfast was good, and kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room.

Booking gave me an option to book a 2 bedroom unit with 2 king beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Once we arrived, the hotel informed us that they don't have any units with 2 sleeper sofas. So we paid slightly more to have 4 beds, and only got 3 beds. Also, the breakfast had no hot water anywhere to make tea, or decaffeinated coffee. The employee running breakfast was also in a miserable mood, and very rude to guests. She even turned off one waffle maker announcing "breakfast is over" when there remained a line of 3 guests waiting for the waffle makers. These guests had been waiting in this line for 10 minutes before breakfast ended, if not longer than 10 minutes. This was spiteful, and unnecessary. It only make it take longer for guests to get their food and her finish cleaning up.

The room was very clean. The only thing I would "nit pick" about is the bathroom door was so close to the toilet. Had to literally squeeze in to go to the bathroom & I did not like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom. But, overall clean & comfortable.

Clean main spaces and clean rooms, Staff was nice, later check out time also was great.
