A beautiful hotel I would visit again

The property doesn’t tell you about a security deposit the security deposit expense was more than the price of the room itself

Used to be a good spot now just feels cheap

Location. Proximity to highway

Pool closed with no warning. Running toilet. Room smelled like smoke. Management insists on putting us on first floor room next to busy entrance EACH visit a year apart. Doesn’t ask just hey here is a terrible room. Tv stopped working. Noisy. Running toilet. Real shame used to be a nice stop.

Not too comfortable

The room was very spacious

The bathroom was so small, the beds were very uncomfortable, very limited tv channels to watch. Breakfast ends too damn early and no room service, ie fresh towels,bed made.

Room was big and clean and comfortable

The pool was underwhelming and the hot tub wasn’t working. The hotel ran out of sugar, how does that happen? While friendly, the staff wasn’t helpful with local information.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The staff was rude and under prepared to work a hotel by himself. He was not accommodating and unwilling to troubleshoot issues. I sent a complaint to corporate, and they have provided insurance that the issue of poor hospitality will be resolved.

Could have been better if only all the noise was not there

Good spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast provided was the usual but could have been better arranged. Many guests crowded around the waffle machine which did not give others a chance to get one. Coffee and juice machines were good.

The bathroom was very small with no ventilation. The other guests were very loud and we could hear the guests above our room crossing their rooms all night long. Also, the guests in the room next to ours were also arguing in the middle of the night and the staff could do nothing to quieten them.

Very much enjoyed our stay! Stayed last year as well.

Bed was very comfortable, TV easy to use. The breakfast was very good and the young man servicing the breakfast area was excellent.

Door to room was not flush with door frame needs to be repaired or replaced.

basic and above adequate. good for family travel.

it is a basic hotel (plastic wrapped plastic water cups) but for all that the rooms were quite big with a sofa bed for our teen and great lighting for shares (book lights near beds plenty of plugs and a fridge and microwave) - low end toiletries but good scents! clean room. very cold AC on checking in. for a roadside hotel it was fantastic. breakfast has waffles and eggs and bacon and yogurt and breads. again, basic but plentiful. coffeemaker is pushbutton machine. checkout at noon. good for catching up on sleep.

cold room might have been masking smells? this isn’t a high-end property.
