The staff was very nice and accommodating and I also like that it was connected to a restaurant

The only complaint I wanted to wash clothes there was only one washing machine and one dryer that was out of order

Waffles are amazing.

Desk staff was "distant." They did their jobs well, but not very congenially.

Location and business around are great

Saw a lot of bad reviews of breakfast, I honestly found the breakfast very nice. There was bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, sausage etc. Elaine was constantly checking to make sure food was stocked, and kept bringing out fresh eggs and sausage. She was very sweet and welcoming with warm smiles.

1. There was black mold all over the bathroom 2. The front desk staff was constantly on her phone and not friendly, didn’t explain any of the amenities without being asked. During check in and breakfast her head was in her phone, it’s just not professional and a bad look. 3. The pillows were very small, they weren’t standers pillows more like throw pillows 4. Furniture in room was all scuffed up and outdated 5. Was looking for a garbage bag and house keeper had her head in her phone with a room door wide open. Honestly sounds like the best job to have if u want to be on ur phone all day… This hotel has so much potential the staff and mold need to go.
