The one gentleman that worked the reception desk was one of the nicest humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He checked us in efficiently. He was kind and gave great instructions.
The room was quirky, but not bad just a weird layout, but very spacious.

It was clean and location easily accessible.
The breakfast wasn’t that great. No pool and no outside sitting areas.

We really liked the location. It’s close enough to Pittsburgh to go there for activities yet does not have the associated price tag.
The shower was the main disappointment. The drain did not work as expected. Instead the majority of the water ran into the floor. The staff is aware of the situation as there were towels designed for floor usage only. What a disappointment to have to place towels on the floor, soaking up water then have to walk in them.
