Breakfast was minimal, but satisfying for a quick bite out the door. Fruit was fresh
Pillows were too thick and not comfortable for proper head and neck alignment.
Carpet was dated and a piece was clearly cut out and replaced.
No flavored coffee creamer options. Disappointing. Pricing was high during college move in dates. Not happy about that.

If you are visiting Penn State for a weekend, this is a great budget-friendly option. Our room was clean, they had our room ready at 2 PM (check in was at 3, but we arrived early), and I have no complaints. The staff was friendly. I wouldn't expect a lot of bells and whistles if you stay here, but it was a perfectly fine hotel and I appreciated being able to stay overnight for such an affordable price!
The only thing I did not love was the breakfast. The options are VERY limited, and to be honest none of them were good. The safest bet was yogurt with a banana.
