Overpriced and dirty hotel

It was right off the highway

The stained mattresses, stained curtains, dirty headboard, garbage on the floor behind the bed, cracked light and peeling ceiling in the bathroom, stains on the walls. What was right? Then I tell the front desk and was told the manager would call me and they would credit my account. Never got a call and got charged the whole amount. Save yourself and do not stay here.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Location, room, staff and free breakfast were top notch.

I stayed 2 nights to visit a cousin in the area. She was only 10 mins. away. I loved that the location is right off of the interstate. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable.

The only cons (not too significant) are the following: Room cleaning solution odor was very strong; Refrigerator was not very cold; Carpet still a little wet from cleaning. Also, when booking the room using booking.com, the hotel noted that it was pet-friendly, but was not aware of the additional cost until checking in.

Horrible people beware

It was near the highway

Everything was horrible First off the room smelled like chlorine badly as soon as we walked in . The bed sheets and blankets were stained as if they not even been washed. The shower knob was broken and the sink also had poor water pressure. Last but definitely not least I saw roaches in the room I travel every week for work and have never stayed as bad as a place as this and this place was over $100 for the night

Came down for a wedding! Bed was uncomfortable, found food under the bed and behind the nightstands, hair was in the tub

We will stay there again as new ownership is making positive changes.

Beds were new and very comfortable- slept very well. Breakfast was vey good and many choices to choose from. James front desk was highly professional and yet down home friendly. The attendant at the breakfast was very accommodating and friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. Hey

Shower pressure was adequate but the bathroom sinks had very little pressure. No towel racks provided to hang wet towels. Smoke detector had a plastic bag wrapped around it - House keeping had not noticed it until I pointed it out. Probably a smoker from the previous guest.

We were pleased with our accommodations and felt comfortable at the Comfort Inn.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast attendant was very helpful and doing a good job .

Small stuff, but would liked to have bars in the bathroom on which to hang wet towels and washcloths. Breakfast menu could have varied a bit from day to day.

It was good enough for one night but I wouldn’t go back.

The staff was very nice and the location was good.

It wasn’t very clean and had an odor. The bathroom could have been much cleaner.

Very good

The air conditioner was running weak. I pulled out the filter, and it was clogged. The housekeeper cleaned it for me. On another issue, I tried to call the front desk, and the phone stayed busy. I went downstairs to the front desk, and no one was there. Also, my stay was two days. Our keys stopped working after the first day. The breakfast was good. The room was visibly cleaned.

The location was great for what we needed.

very close from 77 and commodities. it was quiet and the beds we’re comfortable. the staff was friendly.

It is an old building showing signs of age.

Not a bad experience. Great location for access to restaurants and stores. The room I stayed in could used an update.

Convenient location

Rooms need to be cleaned better. Bathroom needs updating. The bathroom shows the age of the property. Messy patches and caulking around tub needs to be done over.
