Friendly service. Good location for my visit. Fair price.
Strange bedroom layout. Small bathroom. Mediocre breakfast. Noisy at night.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet It was right across from Prism Hospital which was our reason for being there.
Outdated and in need of repair. The room doors are all old and need replacing. The beds had those baby pillows. It was more like a Comfort Inn. Definitely not what we expected from a Hyatt but it definitely wasn't the worst we have stayed in either.
