Great location! Clean and comfortable beds.

The hot breakfast in the morning and the cleanliness of the facility. Staff was very friendly! Location is very nice.

Some of the room I stayed in was in need of some updates.

Awesome stay and delicious breakfast and we will definitely stay again!

The people at the desk were friendly and helpful, very quiet motel, delicious breakfast, and our room was awesome! Love Comfort Inn and Suites!

The place was clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean, had adequate outlets, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, but the so called orange juice was orange water. Good location as it was out of town enough so we didn't get too much traffice.

Was disappointed that there was not more outlets, especially because everyone has a cell phone and usually a laptop to charge.

Good

The elevator stopped working and the staff accommodated us on the ground floor. The breakfast was exceptional. The location was very convenient.

The lady that checked us in had a terrible attitude and kept repeating that the only available rooms were on the third floor and the elevator was not working. I asked her for solutions but she just repeated the same sentence. My father is elderly and unable to climb stairs. I had to demand to speak to someone else. The next lady was much more friendly, understanding and accommodating. She understood the attitude problem of the first lady and apologized but felt that her colleague had not done anything wrong. They had not considered any solutions to patrons that were not able to walk up the stairs - not even to carry their bags or assist the elderly up the stairs. I asked for any proposed solution or assistance and was given the same statement that the only rooms available were on the third floor and the elevator is out of order. The first lady is not in the correct job and should move to a non-customer facing position rather. Had she offered to assist us to the third floor or offered any assistance at all, I would have considered it but my father can't walk up stairs and her answer was repetitive. The only solution she did offer was to cancel the booking but she stated that the refund would be done by booking.com and she couldn't guarantee that we would be refunded. She created the issue and then escalated it until someone else came to assist. This new lady told me that they were going above and beyond for me. Wow, I was so lucky to be paying them to stay there.

It’s fine

The room had a number of missed objects ( dirty toothbrushes, candy pieces, etc) here and there from previous occupant. I wouldn’t care except with a curios 2-year old they are pretty quickly found and it’s disgusting. So yeah..

Awesome and restful hotel! Very happy.

Very clean and updated. I felt like I could be barefoot. Friendly. Way better than the previous 2 hotels we stayed in on our vacation. Nice pool! Nice hot tub and sauna. Very comfy bed! Loved it here! We’ll be back!

Not the best Comfort Inn

Not much. Coffees were even downsized! Really Comfort Inn?

.I booked through booking .com and was given the worst room right next to the boilers and compressors. The room was dirty with scum on the walls. I am 68 years old and they would not honor my AAA or AARP cards since I booked through a third party. I wanted to pay in cash...no way..company policy! The room smelled awful like a disinfectant trying to mask a smoke odor. And to top it off we have bites on us..perhaps bedbugs!!!!

Gross Sheets.

We got there at midnight, so we only stayed to sleep .

I did check for bed bugs signs when I got there. After I laid down to go to sleep. I don't know if it was just in my head, but I sure felt like I got a bit a couple of times, so I started to double-check with my phone light. Again, I found no signs around the edges of the mattress, but when I looked at my sheets, gross! They did not look like they had been washed. There was hair and what maybe was specs of dirt. After seeing that, it was really hard to lay back down and sleep. The other mattress looked like it had been puked down the side of.
