I paid for three nights and when I arrived I was told only two nights were on the reservation. My credit card was charged on 8/19/26 for an additional night but the hotel did not have the extra night added to my reservation and they were sold out so we lost a night to our vacation and was charged on my credit card. This amount needs to be refunded
Property was ok and I would have liked to have stayed a third night that I paid for but the hotel was sold out of rooms

got invoice when we checked out and when we got home we were overcharged by $50.00. I called hotel and was giving three different reason by three different people as to why the over charge. first reason if you charge anything extra, which did not, than for parking, which was free, then told every booking charges fee, we booked through bookings. I was told if would take 3 to 5 days to get refund, and the next day the charge was changed on my credit card to right amount. I dont understand how my invoice would say right amount to my visa and visa bill would say something different. if i did not check i would have been overcharged, cant understand how it could state on my invoice one amount and then on credit card statement a different amount.

Wasn't real clean. Water stains on desk, something white on carpet next to bed and bathroom floor was sticky
