The location was good. I appreciated the staff they were kind and very much concerned with the comfort of me and other guests. The hotel and the rooms were clean quite and very well thought out.

Very clean and comfortable. The location was a good “base” for our trip.
The view from our room was unfortunate. Instead of the beautiful surrounding area we viewed another hotel.
Our interactions with the staff left us feeling unwelcome. We did notice that was not the case with some other guests, specifically the commercial airlines personnel. Possibly they all had a prior connection to each other.
The only positive interaction was with a member of housekeeping after we requested they come to our room. When checking in we ask for “light” housekeeping, basically only needing clean towels and washcloths. What we got was our bed linens removed and taken away. No replacements left. Dirty towels left in the bathroom with no clean towels left. The housekeeper who came to our room was friendly, personable, and very professional. She quickly rectified the situation. She was the only one of your staff to not act as if our presence was an inconvenience and we were unwelcome. We didn’t get her name, but I wish we had. She was a tall, dark haired lady. She was working on Saturday, September 13. While we watched college football, Tennessee losing to Georgia, she worked and chatted with us about the game. We so appreciated her!
It appears your staff needs a refresher on customer service. Or possibly a reminder that they should treat others as they want to be treated.
