if the Hampton is open I would rather stay there.

Hilton brand attached to the Hampton. Still offered some better amenities like pool, gym, and breakfast with Hampton. There is a pool table in the Tru lobby which was cool.

Very sparse room, and compact.

I was a bit disappointed because the hotel canceled my reservation in air

Pancake was good and the sausage patty was good

I was looking for something sweet to have with my coffee and they no longer carry muffins or small danish breads. I was also at disappointment with the orange juice that was sour.

Was good.

Able to find very easy. Breakfast was good. Didn’t realize breakfast was that important. Only thing is , I reserved 3 rms but one rm was different floor. Wasn’t that bad.

Our stay was ok.

Good parking. Good breakfast. Reasonable priced. Great bathroom.

Long hair in our bathroom sink and bed was very wrinkled like it been slept in.

Love the room and staff are amazing!!

I have stayed here before and it still remains impeccable. The room was wonderful, my family loved the room and the lobby vibes. We didn’t get to swim this trip as it but maybe next time. Big shout out to the front desk lady Faith/ she was soo nice and helped immensely with our room accommodation, and to housekeeping as well great job! We also enjoyed how quiet it all was- We will definitely stay again soon!!

The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very bright

- we have a baby 10 months old. We requested a crib or something in my reservation. They give to us a pack and play that don't workout. The location for our bedroom it's was very far 4 floor and and the end of the bresway. The housekeeping never come to pick us our trash. We feeling disappointed over there to be honest. Tru is not a true Hilton

Breakfast was barely OK, however, they don't provide much seating area suitable for eating. A bunch of couches and a couple of swings, however, they are short on tables and chairs.

We booked the hotel on the basis of it being one of the Hilton brands, however, this place does not meet the Hilton standards in any way. The bed consisted of a mattress lying on a platform, and it wasn't very comfortable - no box springs. There was no closet in the room. The desk was very small. Soap and shampoo is provided in squeeze bottles which are very difficult to squeeze for us senior citizens. The hotel is built without a porte cochere so there is no cover for unloading one's luggage from the car.

The location was great for seeing the National parks & monuments, the staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby area was comfortable for breakfast. Really couldn’t ask for more.

Location is great.

Room was not clean. I cut my arm on protruding round exposed hanger, this is a serious concept. A child could be seriously injured head level. We found a lot of hair on the floor. Bathroom flour needed washing. Only one chair in room for 2 of us! Below Hilton standards.

Will never stay there again

Horrible customer service. Key card machine wasn’t working, had to go to the other hotel to have keys made. Never apologized, never explained anything or said anything besides about payment. Had to ask where to park with answer of wherever. Key card readers in the outside of building not working. Was never told that. Walked around the entire exterior. Waffle maker was broken and had to go to the other motel for breakfast and cold coffee.

Aside the cleanliness; we enjoyed our stay with all the great options and experiences your facility has offered.

I like the potential it has, it definitely would be a great hotel if it was up-kept to certain peoples standards and policies.

I did not like the cleanliness, it was a little tough to be comfortable for myself and my two young kids as they like to touch everything. So just looking at certain things, I thought “yeah don’t even try to touch that”.
