Great place to stay

Nice comfortable bed and pillow, staff was very help full and knowledgeable about area.Great Breakfeast

I liked the room setup with a sitting area. The staff was super friendly.

Breakfast was OK, would've liked a little more fruit choices. I liked that the room wasn't cleaned every day unless by request. We keep it pretty orderly so cleaning every day is wasteful. I also like the bigger containers for shampoo, etc. so not so much plastic is wasted.

Some minor things - the door to the elevator was really squeaky which does not give a lot of confidence in the sturdiness of the elevator (although it did work fine). The light in the bathroom had some dead flies visible in it. If more hooks were made available in the bathroom we could've hung up our towels and wouldn't have needed to exchange them every day.

Nice convenient stay off the I-40. BEST free breakfast!

Great location for a few nights we stayed to search for homes in the area! Right off and on the I-40. Comfortable, clean, nice folksy staff, and THE best free breakfast you’ll ever going to find in a hotel! We are talking all the variety each day of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, etc.

The indoor POOL was being fixed/renovated. It was a major let down. For some reason Booking.com never tells you of these details when reserving. Maybe the Comfort Inn site does, but always make sure you check the hotel of any amenities that are a must!

All in all a very nice hotel that we would certainly stay at again

Overall condition of the room was clean. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Parking lot was well lit.

The hotel has private EV charging in the parking lot. It would be nice if it were complimentary for guests

It was comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us.

Everything seemed clean until I moved the footrest and found yogurt top that wasn't cleaned from previous guest. That was kinda gross

We would gladly stay here again, but will skip the breakfast next time.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The beds were comfortable. The seating area was a plus, as we checked in earlier than usual due to bad weather.

The breakfast was the usual highly processed, barely palatable food usually found in chain hotels these days.

Disappointing and sleepless.

The staff was very friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable and lopsided. The bathrooms were dirty. The air conditioners in all three rooms did not work and it stayed hot in our rooms all night.

Pleasant Stay

clean and comfortable

breakfast ran out of staple goods, like bread, muffins, eggs by 830 am. rooms were clean but there were signs of molding and bad maintenance of bathroom features. Staff was basic and blunt. People pay for hospitality. Simple Things like "Good Morning!" instead of "Yes?" wpuld be an amazing improvement.
