I love the front desk staff! They have all been great and have been extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.
The room is very clean and the breakfast is perfect. Breakfast gives you plenty of options with the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had!
There are gnats in the room, and a few holes in the bedspread, in my smoking room. However, this is Tennessee and gnats are impossible this time of year.
Other than that it is very clean! The shower is impeccable and it didn't smell like smoke when I arrived. I was amazed!

The price
Not in the best of shape, limited on what they provide - our toilet was broken, no tissues available, short breakfast window (available for 3 hours each morning), under staffed - had to call the hotel from my phone to get someone to show up at the front desk for help
