We Travel often and come there often and we always get an out. Side Room, which I would prefer an inside room but it is what it is. It was clean in the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was wonderful. As always, I do not like the fact that now you have to put a $200. Deposit down to stay in your room. For one night we come there all the time. And that's a big hit to have to wait to have that money. Put back on your card it took three days, otherwise everything was good.

I didn't like the $200 charge. You had to put down on your card to stay one night. It took 3 days to have it. Put back on our card when you're traveling. That's a great inconvenience. We travel frequently and we stop at your hotel every time we come through. It's so it is a great inconvenience for us. It may make a difference the next time we come through.

It was suppose to have hot continental breakfast bar and did not. Pool and hot tub was nasty looking, carpets nast. Everyone in our group had issues with being dbl or triple charged/billed and there was no management to correct it. Folks were left with messed up bank Accts overdrafts etc.

I didn’t like it at all and was very disappointed on how the entire stay was.

when we stayed there they advertised a heated pool on their sign, WiFi, and tv. Well when we arrived the pool was under construction like no water at all, the WiFi was down and the tv didn’t work the whole time we were there. when I called to ask if someone could come help fix the tv it took hours and they still never came. and said they couldn’t give me a answer as to why everything wasn’t work and was kind of hateful about it. I definitely won’t be staying at this location again!! worst hotel experience ever!!!

not much in fact nothing. over priced for nothing..

pool and hot tub under construction and no notice. dirty in the room and outside area. sink stopper not in sink. smelled like dope when we entered the room, lamp shades askew. find a better place to stay. yucky

Nasty, this hotel needs to be shut down or inspected by the health department.

Breakfast was the only good thing.

I didn't like anything but the breakfast, when I got there to check in they said that the room I booked was not available so I ended up having to pay more for another room. I wasn't happy but whatever that's not even the worst part. Got to the room and it smelled like mildew or mold or something, it was awful. The refrigerator didn't work, the beds were so uncomfortable. My kids were so excited to swim because they had an indoor pool and I wanted to get in the hot tub by the pool. We got in and the water in the pool and hot tub smelled like nail polish remover. My daughter broke out in a rash all over her body. We immediately got out and there were no towels, two of the women that worked there were walking by and I asked for towels for us and they kinda laughed at us and were speaking another language and just kept walking so I sent my husband to get the towels out of the room. This is absolutely they worst hotel ever I would not recommend. Only one light in the room worked.

The inside pool , the bar next to it, the easy access to food and the address close to everything!

No towel at the pool, hard to find anyone after 7pm in the front or if u need something!

It was quiet and conveniently located

The pool was dirty and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain. The curtains didn't close all the way so the light from the hallway was shining in all night.

Crooks. Do not stay in this place

Had reservation for 1 day. Covid hit would not let me cancel then charged for 2 days. I did not authorize for 2 days to be taken out of my account!

Price was good that's it everything else was bad I felt like I was at a drug market I was approached multiple times with people asking if I needed anything/drugs/I had two undesirables lingering around my door my wife was vary uncomfortable she didn't want me to leave cause she was scared to be in the room alone the place needs better security or patrols by local police

We arrived late after being on the road for 10 hours and we were very tired. I need to add that we are senior citizens over the age of seventy.

Our room was located on the first floor across from a vending machine and not far from the indoor pool. Young people and adults were screaming and playing almost all night. We did not get much sleep and needed to be up and gone by 6:30. Breakfast was good 👍
