The room was great with the exception of a broken microwave. I had to call over 5 times before they finally brought one up (my second day). Bed very clean and comfortable. Room very cozy and in a great location. Love the private balcony. The breakfast was hot and they offered a great variety with the exception of being out of orange juice my entire stay (Who does that?). I loved the waffle station.
Upon arrival I was hit with an unexpected $100 incidental fee. I was very rudely told that it was in the "fine print". LOL, yes the very famous hidden fee's. Luckily I could afford the hold, that by the way I'm still waiting for it to be released. I wasn't a big fan of the marijuana smoke on the floors and coming through my walls (I don't know in this day in time that I can hold the hotel accountable for this.) I was very dissatisfied with the weekend day shift. I was without a functioning microwave for half of my stay. The capable second shift on Sunday finally adhere to my concerns and got me a microwave.
The kitchen was out of orange juice my entire stay (Who does that).
