Comfortable and restful stay

Very kind and supportive staff, the beds were comfortable. The area was very quiet and a great place to get some rest.

Well, the only thing was that the mini fridge wasn't fully cleared out. We did find some carne asada wrapped in tinfoil, but it was no big deal.

Overall, enjoyed stayed

Easy parking and very convenient. Breakfast was awesome.

Smoke detector kept beeping. Needs to be checked or verified it's working more frequently.

Very poor

Well, the bed at least was clean and comfortable.

The reception and breakfast area was a bare and unwelcoming space. There was no one at the front desk, the lady who eventually checked me in came towards the front desk as I was battling to get in with my luggage. No offer to assist. Key card stopped working the next day. Loud sounds late at night outside my room, as if someone was cleaning. It just was an overall underwhelming experience. Also, staff barely spoke English, so was difficult to communicate. The room was equipped with outdated fittings, iron leaked, chair broken, carpet stained. I did not dare walk bare feet on it. Overall, a wholly unsatisfactory experience - one I would not recommend to others.

The staff is very nice. They start cleaning everyday now so it is good.

The coffee doesn't taste good. breakfast menu can be little better. Gym could be little better.

A convenient location for us, but nothing special.

Breakfast was OK, but would have preferred a selection of breakfast meats, not just sausage.

Our bed linens were never changed during our stay, nor the beds even made. Towels were replenished only sporadically.

Manager has no customer service skills.!!

The night staff was great. They Were kind and thoughtful and made sure my pregnant sister was as comfortable as a women at the end of her third trimester can be.

The MANAGER! she was rude and unhelpful, everytime we walked through the lobby she was giving us dirty looks. When there was an issue with my payment option instead of trying to help fix the problem she was impatient, snide, combative and didn't seam to want to help.. And I can only assume she decided to keep my deposit because I had a dog with me. She wouldn't let me come into the breakfast area with my dog either, I don't think she understands the disability act as it pertains to service dogs. Which my dog Is

Exceptional

I was in town for one night with my mother to attend a funeral and this hotel was conveniently located and perfectly met our needs. It was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very friendly from Evelyn when we checked in the first afternoon until Patricia when we left the next morning. The breakfast was not large but was more than we expected. There was sausage and scrambled eggs and a waffle maker and then the other breakfast items that you find on a continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend this quality inn and would stay here again if I am ever in the area.
