Rooms too hot. Door was left open to room one day. Homeless people also try to come into lobby one evening we were there

Did not stay once I saw the room, checked out immediately

Bathroom had roaches, bedsheets were dirty, and the room had a bad odor

Staff courteous and responsive to our needs.

The staff was very responsive to our needs.

There was a water bug, large cockroach, dead in the seating area. Also toothpaste on the curtain. I picked up both as it grossed my daughter out.

I would not stay here again, there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in the area.

The breakfast was good and the lady working it was very friendly.

The pool was open the first day we were there but there were no chairs in the area. The next 2 days of our stay it was closed down due to "no correct signage" even though it clearly stated no diving on the ground. The air conditioner was not working correctly and did not produce very cool air. 2 of the 3 ice machines were out of order, the only working one was on the 3rd floor and we were on the 2nd floor. The furniture in the room was very dirty and needed cleaned. The hotel did not smell very good, very musty smelling.

the night clerk had a chat with the person but it didn’t help that I was woken up startled and scared and wasn’t able to

phone didn’t work when I had someone banging on my door at 2am -5am. I didn’t have a direct number to the hotel so had to risk opening my door to a mentally unstable person to go downstairs to the desk. shower rod was falling off the wall

We will be back

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, and you have direct tv. The hotel also didn't smell like purple fabuloso. There are all kinds of good smelling fabuloso that is not the purple one. It's so stout it gives me a headache.

The curtains were sheer, so I kept waking up thinking it was daylight and was late for my appointment.

Good value for the money.

Clean, very down home and pleasant. Staff was great and very cordial. Beds were firm but comfortable. Good breakfast. Overall a pleasant experience.

My stay was ok, but the smell in the room and the carpet were a turn off.

The location was great for me.

The room smelled bad and I didn’t like the carpet on the floor. There was also hair in the tub. I would have also like more sanitation options available in the room.

Bed sleeps wonderful. Carpet was clean.

Toothpaste or something spilled on bathroom floor that dried up. Mirror wasn't cleaned. Room smelled of body odor. I will be checking the room out before I unload my belongings. I was really disappointed. We always stay at comfort inn when we come to mckinney. I will give them another try to get it right or will be staying somewhere else.

NOT WORTH THE EXPOSURE TO MOLD , A/C ISSUES , FLOODED CARPETS , HORRIBLE ODOR

location was close to our event

smelled horrible , mold , floor flooded from a/c , a/c not working , moved to another room same horrible smell , floor still flooded in other room as well hence the strong odor of mold , breakfast not edible just rubbery , cold and disgusting , floors sticky
