Employee let stranger into our room while we were away

The hotel was clean

The jet tub wouldn't get hot and employee let a stranger into our room even though when they called and asked if they could let her in I said no because we didn't know who he was referring to and that we would be there in a few minutes and when we got back to our room a bunch of our belongings were gone. When I asked employee about it he said that he let her in because I had called back and said it was okay but neither of us called back

It accomplished what we came for but next time I will choose somewhere else.

I liked the price and location. The breakfast was as I expected. When I asked the young lady for clean towels although she couldn’t understand English, she had a translator on her phone and allowed me to speak into it so she could understand and she was very nice about getting them to us.

The room smelled like cheese bread. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the facet and sink still had soap or toothpaste on it. It made me question whether everything had not been cleaned. The hair dryer didn’t work, the paint was dirty and appeared to have something nasty on in in the bathroom. I also wasn’t happy that the front desk never had anyone at it. You have to call a number and wait for them to come up.

Get the pool fixed please!!!

Great location & comfy beds.

It’s a hot summer & the pool is shut down due to maintenance issues. They really need to fix it or discount their rates. In their websites, the pool pictures are enticing but misleading.

The late night stay the gentleman who tended to us at the time of check in.

The morning ladies were not so friendly early morning I get it but no smile and very little lack of interaction when asking questions about the snacks and breakfast availability. Even another couple asked them a question about where the lobby restroom were and they looked at him and looked away and pointed- he was like okay I will find it.

We were there for a week and asked for daily room service. Never got fresh towels or beds made.

Very comfortable room and bed.

The check-in was fairly quick and easy. The breakfast was really good and I took advantage of the lemon-infused water provided as well.

Did not realize there would be an extra "hold" on a credit card of $150.00. Even though I do not use the shampoo and conditioner provided, I did notice that the one in my bathroom had already been used and not replaced.

On this trip. They held a deposit because I used 3rd party to book. I had to reset my key to get in the room everyday.

staff was nice

rooms were dirty, walls had stains, sofa was ripped . the shower had mold, the bathroom sink has old tooth paste and water stains, the shower curtain was falling, & it smelled like smoke inside.
