The location is great, its walking distance to the fishing pier and the beach just off the Seawall. There is also a bowling alley and movie theater right next door.
The parking situation around the building is crazy at times.

Our room as nicely sized. We had plenty room for 5. Lived pool and hot tub.

The hotel is nice and located very close to the shore. Room was spacious and clean. Reception staff was welcoming and friendly. Easy free parking
The hotel has a distinct mouldy stale smell all over and the windows wont open. Reception staff was welcoming and friendly, cannot say the same aboutbreakfast service. The pool looked scary, though there were other guests swimming in it.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Cruise parking available.
Roaches and bed bugs in room. Carpet did not feel clean. A Suitcase was left on the hotel shuttle due to loading new passengers before all current passengers were unloaded. Hotel staff did assist in putting us in touch with the guest who inadvertently took our suitcase home with them. Much coordination and expense was required to retrieve it.
