I got my request by being placed in a room on the 1st floor. Food needs an upgrade to a full breakfast, the price we paid for a room could have came with a hot breakfast instead of a continental breakfast. Choices were bad for breakfast
The breakfast, hallway was a little hot, side entrance to the room could have been easier to get in and out with a dolley
