Price was very fair, breakfast was standard but delicious. Room was larger than expected. A/C worked perfectly. Hot water was definitely a plus. Mini refrigerator worked great as well.

Bed was just a little to firm but still ok, NO coffee maker in the room. Room also lacked a dresser. Had to flush toilet several times to get it clean.

So we come into town to visit my mom. Always stayed at this hotel. Never had a problem. We get in at 1am and i get told they released my room because i didn't do the pre check in. This has never happened to me before. I asked why didn't anyone call me to confirm and he said they dont do that. We had a rental. I cant fill out the pre check in and put a model and plate number down when we didnt have the car yet. Ive never had a room released before. It worked out and we got our room for the same rate but i wasnt happy about it. Probably wont stay there again so we dont have to have any issues.
