I've been here for 4 years. I work in downtown Houston. The location is very accommodating. My room is spacious, very comfortable and price wise, I would take it over an apartment anytime. The staff are all friendly and efficient in their position. Best living choice for myself.

The room was big and had nice amenities
The back door to facility did not work so I had to walk all the around the building to get inside

Floors in room had too much oil or something I almost fell walking in and around the room with my shoes on

Breakfast was so so. I've had better at other hotels.
I didn't like the fact that I needed to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. I didn't like that it seems during the day time. They don't have any air blowing through the hallway. I didn't like that I had to go find a ironing board for my room. One was not in the room. I also requested extra towels be in my room before I got there. They were not.
