I was worth the value and great breakfast.

Staff and breakfast was great

Not very good at all

We got in our room and check the bed for bed bugs didn’t find any , laid in bed for about 2 hrs watching tv and my gf got up and I found a big bed bug I took a video and pictures of it I took a peice of paper and caught it crinkled it up around bug to bring to desk and show it to staff and he proceeded to take paper with bug very quickly squishing bug and throwing away in trash I proceeded to tell him I want a refund we will find another place to stay the night he stated was not able to issue a refund that manager will take care of in the morning I said ok, we drove to tru hotel for the night, and I’m writing this review almost a month after we stayed because all I wanted was a refund and to this day I have yet to have this incident resolved, manager contacted me the day after said I need to contact booking.com which I did they said they would contact hotel and have them get pest control to check room week later I get email from booking saying pest control didn’t find anything and no refund can be done, called manager she stated she never heard anything from booking so called booking again and sent the video and pictures to them they stated they would refollow up with hotel and try to resolve but after a month almost nothing has been resolved I don’t believe I should pay for 2 hrs of watching tv and having to find another hotel at 1:30am so I will never be staying at a quality inn or use booking ever again if they can’t refund me a measly 89$ also the room number was 251 but that doesn’t matter because the bugs can travel through walls and with the sheets.

Extremely disappointed

Location

Price was outrageous considering the accommodations. Room was rundown looking, difficult to say if someone had been in room prior bed didn’t appear freshly made. Times with lipstick stain. Bathtub & Sink backed up extremely slow to drain .

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Toilet moved when sat on it. Drain in tub surrounded by rust. Facet in tub was loose and not secured to the wall.

Close to the Interstate

Beds had dirt & hair in the sheets,pillows smelled like sweaty heads & dirty. The toilet had urine on the seat & back. Desk chair also was dirty & had food crumbs on it. the carpet was wet and our socks got wet from it.

Did not stay for breakfast- couldn’t get out soon enough- there were people talking outside our room all night —til 3:30am - absolutely not worth the rate we paid - it was terrible

it was a convenient stop. On our way home from Florida. Very nice close to restaurants and a very, surprisingly nice breakfast.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness as well as the very nice tv that the room had.

what I did not like was that the door to the room had a few cracks around it and would let in the wind and cold air

Overall great - better than I had expected. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The kitchen was very clean and the dining room was very large and also clean and modern. The kitchen person, Judy, was exceptional. She went out of her way to accommodate the guests. She had a very pleasant manner and interacted with the guests.

The fact that you name the extra questions bonus questions is the same as your advertising. It feels like a trick. You are making something bad sound good.

The rooms are outdated, the refrigerator in the room was very loud and also the A/C.

Once our room finally warmed up it was fine, especially with the extra blanket.

Breakfast & location were very good. Staff was very helpful, & brought us an extra blanket upon request. The bed was very comfortable.

I was surprised by how very cold our room was when we arrived. It took quite a while for the room & bed to warm up. Also, the exterior of our door (and several other rooms' doors) was in terrible shape with the paint peeling off nearly completely. Finally, the concrete steps up to the second level looked to be deteriorating pretty badly.

Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this property several times over the past four years and we have never had a problem.

The furnishings were dated, but clean.
