Apparently John Bodet has not left the light on in this neighborhood for a long time

The property was filthy I should have turned around before I entered the building. The front door was disgusting. Dogs barked until midnight. The guest were extremely loud in th hallway as well as on the grounds The only reason I stayed is because a family member was in the hospital and there were no available rooms at a decent establishment

The staff was friendly, and very helpful. Cleaning staff always spoke and had a smile on their faces.

It could be a little busy at times, other than that a very pleasant stay!

There was a bed and ac that's about it

Well check in was at 3pm so we got there at 2:30 to check in. They told us they were running late and we couldn't check in untill 3:30. We came back went up to the room and the cleaning staff told us it would be another hour. So we sat on the floor and waited until 4:30. The cleaning staff told us the TV was broken and they would get us another one. We got in the room and it was filthy. There was bits of trash and food all over the room in every corner and the floor was sticky and they left two broken TV's in the room. We called down to the front desk twice to have the floors swept and mopped and a replacement TV. No one ever showed up. We then found out the toilet was stopped up so we called the front desk and they told us we could come down and get a plunger. Oh but it gets better...the next morning we found out the shower/ tub wasn't draining so we all got to shower in everyone else's filth up to their shins. I spent almost $90 for this filthy crappy hotel...never again

I received a phone call on my way to the wrestling tournament from the hotel. They proceeded to tell that they overbooked and that I no longer had a room. I booked the room roughly 2 weeks. I would not recommend this hotel to a bed bug. Luckil, I found another room at a different hotel. I feel it was very unprofessional to cancel my room.

Dirty and uncomfortable

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I booked a single queen room. When I arrived all rooms were booked or not clean. I was given one of the weekly suites instead. The room was dirty still. There was someone else's sock on the floor. The bathroom looked unused or unclean for a while. Also there were roaches in the bathroom and the room. I didn't even want to change to my PJs bc the bed smelled funny. My thoughts were if the floor wasn't cleaned properly I'm sure the sheets weren't either.

A very unprofessional staff and lack of compassion and empathy.

We had to wait hours for a room and when we were given keys four different times the room was uncleaned. at one point a house cleaner approached my brother and I and yelled at us and told us to either wait or get money back .

Not what i wanted

The front desk agent when i arrived was nice. Her name was Evangeline.

The hotel was NOT ready for guests. I arrived about 2 hours past check in and was told it would be at LEAST another hour if not more. I came back and the woman from housekeeping told me the beds had no covers. I asked her to bring me at least a blanket. At 1130 pm i went to front desk and asked for a blanket and the new front desk agent got very annoyed that she had to get me a blanket.

Not again

Walk in the front door got my key went done the hall to my room guy was selling drugs. Hall way smelt like pot. Floors and wall were duty vary low maintenance on property lots of locals. I should’ve just left but it was vary late when we checked in. All i say is its a no go

I liked the friendly staff and the kind maintenance man was very helpful.

One burner in my stove didn't work and we saw about 20 Cockroaches in our room during our 5 day stay. Other than that I'm pleased. Nothing a little roach motel can't fix. Just wash all your belongings before entering your home

We found this place severely lacking in housekeeping skills!

The fact that we didn’t have to pay extra for our two small dogs traveling with us.

I made reservations for 4 people, and they only had 2 sets of towels on our room. We arrived around midnight, & when I asked for more towels, I was told they only put 2 sets per room, & they didn’t have any extra to give me. I made a reservation with 2 double beds with 4 people..they knew that!!! Also, our tub had 4 inches of water in it and the drain was plugged up. Bring it was so late, we knew no one would be available to fix it, so luckily..my husband was able to get it to drain. There had been a slow drip from the faucet which caused the accumulation. The floors were absolutely filthy! After my son got his shower in the morning, he walked from the bathroom to the bed, sat down & happened to look at his feet before putting his socks on, & noticed black filth on them..disgusting! However, the absolute worst part happened when the toilet wouldn’t stop running, so my husband took the lid off the back of toilet & found a HYPODERMIC NEEDLE stuck between the flapper & the drain. Do yourself a favor & if at all possible, stay elsewhere. We only stayed 2 nights..I have never stayed at a hotel with such poor housekeeping & will never stay here again!

Location

Noise, noise and more noise. People yelling in the hallways. A group hung out in the parking lot right outside my window, loud, yelling, it was hard to fall asleep and when finally did more yelling from the halls.

The location was a good area and the room was clean and had nice staff there.

The tv wasn't working and they had to switch me to another room.
