Location. Clean. Staff friendly and attetantive.
Limited breakfast seating. More seats outside but it started to rain.

The owner is what really makes this place! He is so nice and accomodating. The location doesnt get any better. The pool is great. The facility itself needs some upkeep but its quitessential Chincoteague. The rooms are decent and clean. Beds are comfy. Best bang for your buck without a doubt.
I have no complaints. The grill area needs some attention I wouldn't plan on cooking meals here at this time.

I loved the style of room the log cabin look and feel was great. The location was great right in the middle of town. The pool was very clean and warm. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety and the staff was very pleasant and easy to deal wit. Also the laundry room although it was cramped and only had 1 washer and dryer was nice to be able to use

The location. Alot around that you can walk too
The bed was broken & very uncomfortable.
Pool was very dirty.
People above us were jumping we thought they were gonna come thru thr floor.
