Within walking distance to Westfield mall, lots of kids activities (too many for us to try in the short time we were there) check in was great and the staff member helped me find an urgent care facility (and provided a phone number!)
Dated hotel but owners are clearly trying to keep everything in tip top shape and welcoming for guests.

The location was good. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of the managers was pretty terrible.
There was one particular manager, who was deliberately rude. On the night before departure when I reserved a shuttle to the airport, the manager on Duty at the time told me I was the only passenger so I could show up whenever was convenient between 4:00 and 4:30. The next morning I showed up at 4:15 and the new manager on Duty at that time told me I would have to wait till 5 o’clock because I was supposed to be there on the hour exactly. When I explained that the manager the night before had told me it was fine to be there at that time. She told me she did not care. Luckily another friendlier employee walked up and volunteered to take my family to the airport so we did not have to hire private service to take us to the airport.
