It was fantastic!!

It was in a great location close to things but also away from a lot of the noisy city life!! We really enjoyed our stay the rooms were very clean and staff was so nice!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Good for family.

Breakfast, pool, family fun center next door.

Asked for a crib ahead of arrival date, at check in was told I would get one taken up, never got it so when I called for it they said they had none left available. Very frustrating. Also breakfast room could be bigger or have more seating available.

Great hotel, terrible soundproof.

The bed was big and really comfy. The breakfast was good. Great to have a workout space. Good parking and close to shopping facilities. Staff were super friendly!

Lack of soundproof which was a specific search and a claim made by the hotel. It was 100000% not soundproof. I could clearly tell the neighbour had an iPhone that rang the alarm at 5am and woke us up and neither of us are light sleepers. It was the one negative but a very bad negative considering the neighbours were incredibly loud too.

Our stay was made pleasant and Steve and Marjorie were very nice and always very willing to help us.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and very willing to help. The rooms were very specious, which was surprising.

One thing I didn’t like is that when the room door opens, the first thing you see is the toilet and shower. If someone is using or coming out of the bathroom and the door opens, then anyone in the hallway can see them. Also it was not close to places to eat or shop.

While the hotel is dated, the staff at this hotel is excellent.

For THIS stay, the room was VERY musky. You could tell that the carpets desperately needed to be steam cleaned. The good news is that we were able open up the windows and get fresh air into the room. I appreciate that Angie, the supervisor was able to get us a room earlier than the standard time. Her kindness was much appreciated.

Superb

Staff were really nice. The pool was great. Location was great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room overall was clean

One elevator was down for maintenance and it was a busy weekend so with only one working we had to wait a little longer. Our room was also on the "Quiet Floor" which we didn't know when we booked and having little kids with us.

Disappointing!! Especially for the soul reason was for him to swim!! I even called ahead prior to booking to make sure

It was a grandson pool getaway so it had a pool and was close to arcade.

The boiler was out and that was not disclosed at all until our 5 year old grandson went into the pool and it was freezing!!! Hot tub was full of people!

its was great my son had fun on his Birthday

Breakfast and the pool and next to Family Fun Center.

the Spa was not open it would’ve been nice but not really a bad thing. All in all was ok of a stay

Awesome place with amazing staff

Location was great, so close to mall and places to eat.The pool was a hit with my kids. Breakfast was really good. Not to mention the staff was real awesome.
