Overall is still good, if we would to come by Seattle in the future, we might want to come back.

Breakfast is excellent, location is good

The bed is a little too soft which sink a little too deep and the toilet flashing is not properly secured, we had to re-hook the chain a few times which is okay to us because we are once technician working in the industries. Pulling down of shower tap cap can cause our finger to get burn if not careful.

DON'T STAY HERE!!

The free breakfast

The owners didn't speak English. We had to use Google translate to communicate. The hotel was old and in serious need of a remodel or being torn down completely and a new hotel in its place. The location was horrible and on a main road and hard to get in and out. All the ice and vending machines were broken.

Location was ok except that there was a lot of construction going on around it.

Front desk was not available at all times. No extra comforter set for kids Bathrooms weren't clean n neat. Flush from the toilet was hanging out. Tub was dirty. Beds were HORRIBLE. It just sank inside as soon as we slept. TV channels were worse. Carpets weren't clean. Breakfast : not much varieties. No hot water in the flask. Overall worse experience.

close to Chateau St.Michelle, where the concert was; easy to access from freeway. Free breakfast. Clean.

“queen” bed was smaller than a regular queen-sized bed, shower nozzle and faucet were loose and made loud droning vibrations during the entire shower. I WAS TOLD AT CHECKOUT THAT MY CREDIT CARD HAD BEEN DECLINED, BUT THE CHARGES CAME THROUGH AND WERE DEDUCTED FROM THAT SAME CREDIT CARD ACCORDING TO MY BANK’S MOBILE APP. THE MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT PRESENT DURING OUR CHECK-OUT, BUT SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

I was satisfied with my stay and I intend to visit comfort inn again for my next work trip.

A great selection to choose from. I really wasn't a fan of the eggs but the meat, waffles, English muffins... they were great.

I booked through booking.com and there was an error during check-in. I do like the hotel clerk who got into contact with booking.com agents and called her GM at 10:30pm and got me situated in a room without discrepancy for an error in their system. It took a total of 30 minutes for check in, but things happen and nobody/nothing is perfect.

Good bargain and location with free full breakfast.

Good location right off the freeway, but quiet. Good breakfast, bacon, eggs, waffles, yogurt, juices, cereals, coffee, etc. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean. No complaints about the room. Staff was efficient and friendly.

The shower almost scalded me without warning 4×s during my shower. The desk chair should be replaced, looked shabby, material was peeling off the back and seat. Everything else was fine, so this chair stood out like a sore thumb.

Staff is friendly and approachable. Hallways and room were clean. Breakfast was on time every morning.

The bed in room 209 needs new mattress. WAY too soft and I felt like I was in a hammock, very uncomfortable.. The cable channels sucked. at LEAST 5 channels were not available based on tv channel listing. Fox weather was on twice, NO fox news channel, was subbed for weather channel. Very poor channel selection.
