The room was sufficient for us.

We asked for a ground floor for a reason. I have arthritis and climbing stairs is difficult. The staff didn’t even offer to assist.

Good value for money, convenient location for a trip to Mt Rainier.

Manageress was lovely, rooms were large and very clean, and as the weather was hot, the pool was great. Breakfast was basic but pleasant.

The room had a bit of a musty smell, but was ok once the window was left open for a while.

Love the staff

I have stayed here several times now and every time the staff has been so pleasant. I will definitely book with them again.

Could have been a bit cleaner. The room I had left me feeling like it was an over flow room and when you pay good money you don't want to feel like that. Also, the floor had some food on the floor under a table when we got there.

Superb

The staff is awesome, friendly always! It's older but always clean! Great prices! I love staying here and they know me! Im a regular here!

The only complaint I have is the rooms have a strong smell that maybe due to type of cleaning products. Almost musty!

Fair place to stay

The beds were comfortable. Location was good. And the staff was nice.

Every time I stay the corners in the bathrooms are dirty. The shampoos and conditioner are not changed out. Half empty, the hair dryers don't work even after I reset them. The faucet in the tub are falling off and supper glued.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had, out of probably 1,000 stays, hands down.

The location would have been good for visiting Mt Rainier

Room was full of black mold all over the bathroom and window sill, and it smelled EXTREMELY musty. Some of the lights didn't work. Shower took about 40 minutes to get lukewarm. When we called staff to let them know, we were told that it was fine and nothing was wrong. We were offered no compensation or accommodation and had to suck it up for the night.

Affordable, clean room. Close to the music venue.

The room was ready for check in when we arrived. It was clean. The tv wasn’t working but the staff fixed that within minutes. The beds were comfy.

The credit card machine wasn’t working and the front desk employee said that they had to run the card from the manager home computer. This made me very nervous. And I said so. She seemed to get annoyed with that saying that they are an established company. I allowed the charge but still hope I don’t have problems down the road.

Overall a good value, but if you can’t handle cigarette smell don’t stay.

Room was large, clean, mostly updated and easy access. The staff were, pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed having access to Disney Plus. Overall a good value.

Our first room smelled of cigarettes. We were quickly relocated to another. However, the outside designated smoking area, which is located right next to the main entrance was just below our window. The smell kept coming in our room. When I complained, it was explained that nothing could be done. If your hotel is non smoking as I was told, perhaps you need to work on some changes.

The bedspread in our room was dirty. The heater/ AC needed cleaning. The vent in the bathroom needs cleaning. There may have been black mold on the ceiling above the shower
