Slept okay

Bathroom tub slow to drain. The breakfast wasn’t very well stocked. The hotel could not find the reservation from Booking.com and I feel that they just felt they had to give us a room. No one at the front desk to check out and so we waited for 10-15 for some one to come.

Would stay there again.

I loved the room, it was like a mini apartment. It had wall seperating living room from bedroom side. The living room /common room had an island table, mini fridge, microwave. Was a very large and well kept room for the price. With a TV on both bedroom and common room. I also left my sons tablet in the room and called to asking anyone found it. Thank you to their staff for the honesty and returning tablet

Wished they had more variety for breakfast, more fruit, eggs, etc

I liked the location. It was easily accessible to everything we needed to do.

The $100 damage deposit they sprung on me on check-in. Also, the game machine took my nephews money. An employee told him it would be refunded to me on checkout. The employee working at checkout informed me the facility doesn't own the machine and he can't do that. Also, when we went to breakfast on Siunday morning a bunch of staff members appeared to be helping themselves to the breakfast food along with putting it in their backpacks. They also didn't refill the coffee after being told by several guests that the coffee was out

Nothing to do with the room I booked so different and the girl at customer service called me 30 minutes from my check in time to tell me that she doesn’t have my room so I have to call the company I booked through so the can fix that issue

I feel ripped off and frustrated with my experience.

Proximity to the events we had to attend was the only plus. It wasn’t in a great area of the city and the clientele wasn’t nice to be around.

The staff was extremely rude (specifically the front desk.) They’ll also stole my $150 pet deposit, saying that there was too much fur in the room, and I should have requested a vacuum to clean it up myself. When asked what the housekeeping was for, I was told it wasn’t their job to vacuum pet hair. Very confusing considering they’re a “pet friendly” hotel that charges a daily fee to have the pets stay there. As someone who is a frequent traveler, I’ve never dealt with anything like this.

Morning staff great, night staff not so great

I liked how friendly the morning staff was. They were engaged and cheerful with guests.

Our room had wrappers in it when we walked in. We requested a crib as advertised and when asking the night staff, they looked at us like we were crazy.

Loved how clean everything was. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great.

Couch was pretty hard. Pool closed too early. Didn't love the coffee.

That the staff take money off card and manger still lying about refunding my money back on card and the bathroom was mess up with water everywhere

My room had liquor bottle tops in the pull out sofa, hot tub needed to be cleaned through my whole stay. I was double charged for my room.

Absolutely nothing about this location was appeasing

The staff.. The over amount of children running in the hallways.. The only elevator being at full capacity everytime I needed to use it, The noise volume on every floor..

Homeless retreat for sure

I liked the game room untill it started to eat my quarters. I wss better off giving them.to the couple sleeping in the laundry room.

The couple sleeping in the laundry room on the 2nd floor and the guy with a a dog sleeping in the stairway. I was afraid of being robbed by the homeless.
