Awesome staff

It was a horrible experience. There was womans dirty underwear hanging on the shower rod. And the pool had so many chemicals in there my eyes were burning within 20 minutes of just being in the room

Only spent sleeping hours at the hotel, but the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.

The thing I noticed right away was how clean the lobby was. The staff were not overly friendly but not rude either. Our room was also very clean. The price was good for 2 nights and the beds comfortable. I would stay there again.

Our beddings had blonde hair underneath the blankets before we even use them which tells me that they weren't changed and the other bed had a stain under the blanket before we used it. We had one roll of toilet paper that was already gone by the time we came in. the breakfast eggs were soupy.

Shuttle service to airport was excellent

I like it because the prices we're good. It looked clean and good, but the room was musty. Like feet and something bite me on my back.I told them and I showed them a picture of the bits.

We loved the efficient and kind staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and reasonable price. The shuttle to airport was a bonus!

I was very happy to find that for such a low rate the stay was very high quality! everything was super duper clean. The room seemed very up to date. you can really tell a place by the pool area and that was also super clean and a great amenity! The front desk staff was very friendly and i dealt with three different people.

Had a bit of higher expectations based on previous reviews but was a tad disappointed. The overall hotel was adequate, cleanliness was standard but not superior. Breakfast was standard with cereal, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, and coffee and juices. Front desk staff was not at counter for check in or check out. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come help.

Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, it was quiet. We were greeted upon entry, staff were friendly. Breakfast was free. It had the usual cereal, muffins, yogurt, eggs, ham, and waffles. Super close to the airport. Lot of restaurants nearby for breakfast,lunch, and dinner. Shuttle service to the airport, pool, and exercise room. We did not use any amenities so can't say anything about them. Would stay again, and recommend.

Great spot for a quick night before our flight. Roz even had a to go breakfast for us when we left at 4:15am!

What I liked most about staying at the sleep inn suites was their staff. This hotel is in a safe area & it was very convenient with restaurants and free parking. Thank you for the great stay! I will definitely come back to this establishment when I visit Wisconsin.

It was a quick gaetaway for my bday. The hotel room was clean and the bed was sooo comfy. Not to far from downtown, just far enough. I would stay here again.

Very convenient for taking my underage granddaughter to the airport. The TV was a bummer. No way to view netflix, to which I subscribe .

The staff did not even notice us, let alone help us. The breakfast cook was the only decent person in the whole hotel. They neglected to mention the hot tub wasn’t working (which was the reason we got this hotel), until after we paid.

Clean room and good value. Continental breakfast is a nice plus.

Excellent, pristine facility. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast attendant. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in at this price in the last two years, and we’ve been to Seattle, stayed in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, CA, etc. There is oatmeal and yogurt and bagels and bacon for breakfast. The eggs are not scrambled, but fried. I might have liked scrambled better. But there was also a batter for waffles, I think. (((I’m on Weight Watchers so I only glanced at that part of the counter. There an exercise room and a. inside pool. This is Milwaukee of course and neighborhoods and streets are, well…old, but once you step inside the hotel, you’ll feel transported. The appliances in the room are sparkling and there are at least 5 outlets for your devices plus a usb charging device. We live in an RV most of the year and I’m always hoping for a bathtub. There was one in our room. I was a little surprised that there was an “incidental” fee tacked on when checking in, but I was assured that is removed when you leave. One tiny quirk: I kept putting the room key in the wrong way. Ignore the little arrow. It’s at the bottom instead of the top that gets inserted. I might be the 1 in 500 people who might have to ask the desk to show me how! But if you do, they’re very kind and cheery.

Shuttle was on time and driver was very nice. Front staff was freat. Room was very nice and comfortable. Shower-perfect!! Only downfall was hot tub was down and the ice machine. Breakfast was great also!

If you’re specifically looking to use the hot tub, please call in advance. I’ve gone three times in three months and the hot tub is always down.

Cleaner than lots of popular hotels

The hot tub was broken and the pool was cold otherwise the hotel was fine.
