Great stay at a great price

Staff was friendly and they made check -in easy. Beds were super comfortable and it seemed like a safe place to stay with family AC was amazing - the colder the better

Bathrooms were SMALL and floors seemed sticky and moist when we walked in.

I had to leave 3 days early and find another accomodation because of the smell and ugly conditions.

I was not offered the breakfast.

There were stairs that were slipery because of ice and dangerous. The facility manager did not seem to inspect on a regular basis, There were no cleaning staff on site hat I could see working.

Was woke up several different times in the middle of the night by either staff or someone connected with the hotel in the next room talking outside my door about money issues of the hotel. They were very loud. Duct Tape on room heater is coming off exposing the inner rusted parts; however, it worked fine. The outside pane of a dual pane window is cracked from top to bottom (for safety this should at least be taped) and one loop of the shower curtain is torn.

I requested a newer room when I purchased it online. I arrived to the hotel and while checking in the ladie at the front desk received a phone call from a customer asking about weekly rates and he wanted to do stay for 1 week so she gets upset and decides to hang up on him very rudely and says "I don't have time for this"...... So I finally get my room and I had my video game so I could watch Netflix and chill. I noticed the Hdmi port was forced into the tv and it was wrecked which could have came from a previous customer. It's only been about 5 minutes into the room because I didn't pack much just 1 bag, I went back to the front desk and told the young lady that the TV hdmi port was broke so I asked for another room. This woman tells me the owner decided to take out every Hdmi port in the hotel..... I said what? Why would they do that? She said she doesn't know. I stayed until 5 a.m in the morning but before leaving I spoke with the first shift staff and the guy told me that it wasn't true and he's going to talk to her....I really don't care because I will not be going back until they change the staff and update their rooms. That was a very unprofessional moment

Good location, friendly staff. Functional

HVAC unit had no front cover (busted, cracked plastic across the front of the unit) and was visibly filthy inside, although it worked fine. Paint and bathroom finishes were very dated.

Run-Down. Dirty floors, weird smells, and a bad environment. Definitely will not be staying here ever again, and don’t encourage others to do so either. Price difference to downtown locations is negligible when factoring Uber costs. 0/10.

One word, awful

Absolutely nothing,

staff was rude and comforters had cigarette holes in them. Funny smell air conditioner broke, shower head broke. Room service is non existent, limited towels

Did not like how there wasn’t a fridge in the room and I paid $72 should of at least had a fridge. But other then that I really enjoyed being there and I would come back

The accommodations were HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to upload pictures but they did not upload.

Nothing accept the lady that worked was very friendly and I am sure used to hearing how nasty Red Roof is. Never Again!!!!!!

I did not experience the breakfast. My overall stay was not great. It wasn't even good. The curtains were half way torn from the window. The phone, bathroom, and floors were very dirty. WI-FI did not work. Ice machine was broke. If I could have checked out, I would have. Oh, and the bathroom was so tiny. Very nasty accommodations.
