I struggled to write this. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but you see more when you stay for two weeks instead of two days. There was plenty that deserved a thumbs up, but also disappointments. Decent hot breakfast options, if not the best we've ever had. An indoor pool and hot tub are great amenities, but the hot tub broke down halfway into our stay and wasn't fixed before we left. The workout area was small but adequate, except one treadmill was already broken when we checked in and the other had problems a week later (Googling the error code said cleaning, lubrication, or service to or around the speed sensor). Neither was fixed by the time we left. No problems with wi-fi and we're big wi-fi users. Great water pressure in the shower, but too low in the sink. Can't explain why. Decent space and furnishings in our room, but veneer had peeled off the front edges of the microwave stand. A piece of wallpaper over the heater was loose, which I fixed with a glue stick. There were some loose floor tiles in the bathroom they'd tried to fix with silicon caulk. The heater was noisy, so I checked the filters. They were clogged with a thick layer of dust and lint, and the AC condenser coils were 25% blocked. Cleaning off the lint mostly dropped the noise, but wouldn't that usually be part of their normal maintenance schedule? I know it sounds like we were iffy on this hotel, but we really liked it. Yes, we'd stay here again, and hope everything's fixed by the time we do.
