The room was clean the pool was open and the water was refreshing and clean the bar restaurant was reasonably priced and very convenient the staff was courteous and helpful
The area around the pool needs some maintenance the gates to the pool need to be fixed

Loved location, Restaurant and Bar is awesome great employees and food is tasty. Beds were very comfortable. Staff is always accommodating and welcoming.

Close to the Venue I was attending
I grew up in Bluefield. The. Hotel definitely needs updating. The carpet and the bathroom facilities are at least 30 years old.
