The room was extremely clean, quiet, and well stocked with supplies such as towels and good coffee.
The room was quiet because the AC was effective and made a steady hum and because the walls were thick (I believe brick)
unlike some large chain motels. The breakfast was varied and delicious and starts at 5:30 so you can get an early start.
At first I thought it was a little expensive, but once I looked at the alternatives I saw that it was in line with local alternatives, given the great breakfast, a little on the good value side.
