This was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. You could tell they took pride in the hotel
They had a hard time pulling up my reservation and after a long day of traveling it was uncomfortable thinking we may not have a room that we book way ahead and prepaid
There were also a lot of off putting signs in the lobby that made the hotel seem kind of shady. Once we were in our room everything was great but the initial encounter was not good

The front desk clerk was friendly
It was pleasantly decorative
There is a cracker barrel restaurant next door
It was small and not corporate feeling
Breakfast was very nice
The door made a horrible scraping sound and ot got stck if you opened it too far
The floors in the common area were not very clean

The room was clean and basic
Couldn't park in front of the room, even though there was a space. Obviously not enough parking for each room, or someone had more than one car.
The staff was not present 3 times when I went to the office. I had to wait for someone to arrive to check-in. No one showed up when I checked out. I had to leave the key card on the desk. Never received a printed invoice nor receipt for the stay or the deposit.
I did not see any BBQ facilities. I did not bring a pet but the pet stations were not in place, just lying on the ground.
