Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable and perfectly quiet for a good nights sleep. Will certainly choose them over one of the big chain hotel/motels if in that area in the future. A++

Marvelous motel and NO COMPLAINTS!! Comfy relaxing chair. We slept well on the nice beds. Ice available upon request. ALL ground floor rooms & no steps. Décor restful colors. Breakfast selection of muffins banana bread, tea, coffee, orange juice, & cereal. Plenty of hot water in shower. NEW management very helpful. We will be back again!

Air Conditioner very high on wall to reach or a tall person can reach.

Everything was great including the location. The staff was outstanding and I will use in the future. If you are visiting Franklin you should stay at this motel.

This hotel should be taken off your listings. It was dirty The linen's had dirt all over them, there was black hair all over the sheets. The blankets were over 50 yrs old. Chairs held togeather with duck tape. There was no hand rails in shower, floor n tub was slick. Heat and air unit was almost touching the ceiling if my husband wasn't 6'6"we would not of had heat.

-Advertised pool and it was empty and need much repair! -Beds not made each day -Owner/manager rude and would always interrupt when one tried to speak with him. Obviously not listening!
