The staff was really nice and polite. The bed were super comfy. Bathroom was clean. I loved my stay
The elevator could have been mopped. That was the only think that I noticed that could use some attention

Seemingly a new staff; possibly ownership? Very nice, professional and accommodating. Room was clean
1. Breakfast offerings could have been better compared to similar properties 2. Not the fault of the property but Dillard was undergoing road widening construction that could create issues commuting during morning and early evening hours; however, impacts all Dillard businesses
