It was terrible

The property was ok but the people were racist. Are ours 10 pm there was banging on our door from some man . We had to call the police for them to get him . He told us to get our black asses out their town. We called the cops an left . Didn’t stay the night there .

First: smell bad, the people smoke inside the room. Second: the a/c doesn’t work and is old and the pillows was dirty. Third: cockroaches EVERYWHERE, looks nasty inside.

Clearly an older hotel with profound need of updating and/or deep cleaning. Our "non-smoking" room had burned incense on a shelf just inside the door. Roaches, clogged vent in bathroom, burn holes in bedspread, torn sheets, and a generally unclean feel. Dog feces on/near sidewalks outside room doors. "Continental breakfast" was a joke - expired milk, broken machines, awful coffee. Only a couple of yogurts and some oatmeal/grits packets available. And a $20 pet fee. $93 total expense for this dump. NEVER again.

Horrible

Wouldn't eat there after staying in the room they gave me, Only room for a pet was a disgusting smoking room. Walls falling apart counters nasty. Bath mat disgusting. Bed falling apart. Gaps in door. Only reason I didn't sleep in my car was it was 18 degrees. Felt like I needed a tetanus shot when I left.

In need of repair. chips out of the wall, AC cover missing, old candy under the bed. Room not serviced and we had to go get clean towels. Ridiculous $20 charge for small dog when they didn’t even service the room. .

WE DID NOT STAY; WE TURN IN THE KEY AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WILL NOT STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND IT!!

First we asked for a 1st floor pet friendly room. We were given a 2nd floor room. We walked in the room and the tub had hair in it, the toilet was dirty, the curtain was broken so it did not close completely and the security lock was missing; not to mention the beds had BED BUGS!!!

We cancelled our stay here because of the lack of cleanliness and our room was not even ready at 5:30p even though check in was at 3p. Our door was wide open with a pile of sheets just sitting on the bed. No ice machine available. Old and run down. Definitely needs updating!

We had a death in the family. We were tired and emotional. We asked for a lower level room as 2 of us aren't able to do stairs well at all. I walk with a Cane. When we checked in, there was 1 lower level floor room available and it had not been cleaned. WHY ?? We had to go to 2nd floor, up the steps, with luggage !! Totally Unacceptable !! The manager, Grant, was spoken to the next day by my dad, William Church. He was told that would never happen again !! He gave us his # to call him the next time we have a problem !!
