Very good breakfast, could have benefitted from a few less sugary options. The room was clean, ample, and comfortable. It was also relatively quiet -- one night I heard a crying child through the wall, but ws able to sleep well without loud noises. Fee parking, great location.

Check-in/check-out was easy. Desk clerks were friendly. Room was clean and location was convenient to stores and restaurants.
Wifi went out for a little over 24 hours so no ability to watch TV. Air conditioner in room seemed to be really struggling to keep room cool. Housekeeping staff knocked and immediately entered without announcing themselves or waiting for a response, 3 different times on our 2nd day, didn't clean the room at all the next day, and knocked/entered twice before checking out time twice on our last day.

Breakfast was good and a value
Exterior needs upgrade. Upstairs walkway had loose stone. While not a problem for some it will be for someone. In the area between 353 and 357?
Need a cappichino or latte coffee option.

The room and hotel in general was Best Western quality. The staff was exceptional, especially Daniel who made sure mine and my sister's rooms close to each other.
The price was Hyatt. Over $800 for 3 nights was outrageous.
