Discovery Inn

Very cute, clean and comfortable property. The amenities, small touches and friendly receptionist stood out.

The location is a little outside of town.

Such a cute property with so much to offer! The rooms were meticulously designed and so clean. We are OBSESSED with the pillows. I literally woke up and told my husband I refuse to leave for our scheduled things bc it felt like I was on a cloud. So comfy.

The Discovery Inn was a pleasant surprise. All hotels look nice in the promo shots but our room was a five star experience. The room was prepared ahead of our arrival with lights on, A/C blowing cool air (it was a warm day even for the PNW), bathrobes and slippers on the bed with chocolates on the nightstand. The room was very well appointed with just beautiful interior design. The bath was equally well done with quality fittings and great towels. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was a king that was very comfortable. Check in was excellent with a cheery and helpful person at the desk. Complimentary espresso is also available. While there was no breakfast, we did not consider that a negative as most free breakfasts are worth exactly what you paid for them. We much preferred the effort and expense that went into the property.

We have no criticism. The management made very visible and effective efforts at maintaining and improving a nice property. If there were one criticism, it would be that the walk into town is 15 minutes, That said it was quiet and peaceful.

Beautifully updated room, comfy mattress and very clean.

Nothing I disliked-just a little bit walk from downtown.
