Would not stay here again.

Room set up/layout is good. Looks nice in the outside.

Lack of cleanliness. Smelled like weed, no toilet paper and poo on the toilet seat. Crumbs and dirt on couch. Just sheets and comforter on bed, no blanket and the comforter smelled bad. Pillow was old and stained. Pool was closed. Wifi was weak, slow and kicked us off often.

BEST PRICE IN TOWN AND ANY WHERE AROUND THE AREA

STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND DECENT PRICED AND WHAT WE EXPECTED BUT ESPECIALLY THE PRICING IS THE BEST OVERALL AND THE BEST ALL THE WAY AROUND

WE ASKED FOR A WAKE UP CALL TWICE AND NEVER RECEIVED IT DUE TO OUR WORK SCHEDULE SO WE WERE LATE A COUPLE TIMES OTHER THAN THAT NOTHING REALLY WAS BAD ABOUT THE WHOLE THING

Roaches, Dead Crickets, dirty rooms! Run!!!

I didn’t like anything .

I did not stay. I was only in there 5 minutes and saw dead crickets, missing drawers, roaches in the refrigerator, dead roaches in the bathroom and the pool was covered with a tarp. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Do not book with this hotel unless you like sleeping in filth.

Please with the customer service and accessibility

customer service was friendly upon arrival rooms were exactly as stated on website, clean bathrooms and accessible items when called for room service.

I asked for a wake up call, didn't receive one, some of the breakfast items were cold. the vending machines were out of alot of items for a mid-night snack

Courteous staff and great price

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, the kitchenette access, nice clean bathrooms, courteous staff. Easy check in no hassles. and the price is without my companies range.

The traffic sometimes was annoying and people around my room sometimes. Had to wait for extra towels and wash clothes but other than that i can't think of anything else.

I’d stay here again to save money and sleep comfortably. We just bring our own linens.

The cost was great so was the location - if you want to drive to touristy Memphis. It was also quiet and comfortable.

Both lamp shapes were missing - just the bulb and 1 out 2 worked. There was a film of cleaner of the floor that made you slip and slide a bit, but we just wiped it up with a bath mat/towel. Unfortunately, there was no type of breakfast due to COVID.

Nothing really. At least the bed was not broken

Everything Place broken down and dirty in a very weird area just off the highway. No coffee maker, no breakfast, rude staff that couldn't process the payment with our preferred card. Everything in the room is broken, including furniture, burnt marks in the sheets, unsafe door in the bottom area. We are not picky but this was too much. Mold and humidity stains everywhere, as well as stained shower (we couldn't use it)

I never saw Hallmarc Inn because At ~11pm 11-28 I tried to book a room at Hallmarc Inn for the next evening but got the actual date mixed up and the Booking.com platform allowed me to make an impossible booking for 11-28 to 11-29 with a likely checkin of 6-7pm, impossible because at ~11pm 11-28 6 to 7pm 11-28 was hours in the history books. Hallmarc Inn apparently gleefully accepted this impossible booking emailing me at ~11pm 11-28 that a 6 to 7pm checkin for 11-28 was fine with them, ie free money--we'll take it. I will never use Bookingcom or Hallmarc Inn again and the Chase credit card used for the booking agreed with Booking.com and has been canceled.

The Bookingcom registration platform should not have accepted this impossible booking or, at very least, pointed out, in some way, that one cannot checkin before the actual booking. Calls to the Hallmarc Inn to ask them to move the booking to next evening led to it was impossible--deal with Bookingcom. It proved to be impossible to 'talk' to Bookingcom.

Bad decision to stay here. old, dirty and moldy room with ripped furniture.

It’s very filthy, molded and smells like cigarettes. Hair everywhere. the AC was ripped out, one soap and 1 shampoo, no even 1 trash can. Costumer service-they where lost in space, gave us a wrong room and the card/key that doesn’t belong to it, we struggled couple times, back to the front desk, until they figured out that the key was submitted for a different door 🤦‍♀️. I do not know who did put “good” as review, it’s absolutely the worst hotel for $65. Regrettable stay.

We left early because the dirtiness and disrepair made it unpleasant to stay.

Towels were clean. Mattresses were good.

The room was in disrepair with holes in the wall, broken lampshades. The walls and chair were filthy. Bugs in vanity area. No wifi connection in room. No breakfast, though advertised as having.

Worst stay ever. Do NOT go here.

Absolutely nothing. NOTHING.

This hotel was horrible. From the driveway entrance, trying to pull in and looking like your going to fall into a giant hole. The front desk said we didn't have a reservation because they couldn't find it. Then they finally found it. We got to our room, which was absolutely DISCUSTING. SO Dirty. Everywhere. My kids found old chips under the bed, the bathroom door handle was legit BROKE. There were stains on the bedsheets and towels. There was hair in the bathtub. Soap scum marks, dust piled on every surface. Old toothpaste left behind the faucet. It was the WORST hotel I've ever been in. Dead bugs around the door and window. (Looked like June bugs) I have pictures of everything. My husband ran his fingers on the floor and they came up black. I took a pic of his socks, which were black. We couldn't even walk around the room without our shoes on. Even after our showers, we told the kids they had to put their shoes on to walk to the bed. We would never recommend this is anyone. The worst part, it wasn't just a $30 hotel that I might expect this. We paid about $75-$80 for a one night stay. Do NOT go here.

Disappointing

It was cheap, but not worth it.

The outside was beat up and old as is the inside. Carpet was coming up, there were stains all over the walls and the bathroom tub. The non smoking room smelled of smoke. The cups provided had already been opened. There was long black hair on one of the towels.

Staff could be more understanding

The size of the rooms were nice and the location for us was perfect

I didn't like the staff member behind the counter I tried getting a room inside but he refused because I only had the card info via text messages from my mother and I went online and booked it and it was 10 dollars more.

Very dirty. I don’t know who gave high stars ,because of the stars I choose it ..I had to ask twice to change the room ,dirty sheets ,dirty towels ,dirty bath tub ..everything is dirty here ..Stay away I am telling you
